Hepatic Tanager
Here's an amazing bird to see- the
Hepatic Tanager
. We saw this mated pair in
Ash Canyon
, Arizona.
The adult male is a beautiful red color.
Not to be outdone, the adult female is a brilliant gold/yellow. Side by side, they make a pretty pair.
